1: How do I book your hire services?

Our preferred method is by telephone, you may also send us an email or text message. All of our contact details can be found on the “Contact Us” page found at the top of this page


2: How much notice is required for a booking?

Bookings can be made at any time between the hours of 7am & 7pm 7 days a week including on the day that you would require our services although we can't guarantee the item(s) you require will always be available if you do book in this way.

Bookings do get extremely busy especially at peak times so to avoid disappointment please ensure that you book as much in advance as possible.

Late night collection is also available within our local area but please contact us first to arrange this.


3: How much do things cost?

All of our inflatables and extras available to hire are individually priced within the products descriptions on our website. These prices vary depending on size and how much wear & tear they are likely to occur during their commercial hire life time.


4: What do the prices include?

All of the bouncy castle and inflatables hire prices include everything you need for the set-up of your chosen hire services which will be carried out by us at no extra charge. This includes free local delivery, an extension cable, a blower, set up, inflation and collection.
Please note free local delivery is within a 10 mile radius of our base, for out of this area there would be a small surcharge, please contact us for delivery rates via the "Contact Us" page.


5: When are your bouncy castles available?

Our Inflatables and other hire services are available 7 days a week all year round including bank holidays.

6: How long do I get the equipment for?

We will deliver your hired items any time between 8am & 8pm depending on your requirements. Most parties are usually held in the afternoon and for some parties the items are only required for a few hours. Our flexible terms allows you to choose your required times between these hours of 8am & 8pm but we usually start collecting item's back in from 5pm but depending on how busy we are we may not get to you for collection until late at night. Overnight hire can be arranged on some of our smaller inflatables and games if required but please contact us for more information on this option.

7: Do you hire overnight?

Late night collections and overnight bookings can be arranged on some of our smaller inflatables and items but please get in touch via the "Contact Us" tab located at the of this page before booking.


8: Do I have to pay a deposit?

We do ask for a small deposit on all items to give us and the hirer peace of mind that the items are booked for a specific time and date and will be delivered for this.

9: How do I pay?

Payments can be made by cash, debit & credit cards via PayPal or by cheque, Please note cheque payments all cheques must be within appropriate time for funds to clear before your booking date. Please see our "payments & cancellation terms" tab at the top of this page.

10: What if I need to cancel?

You may cancel your booking at any time but please give as much notice as possible. Please note that we do not refund booking deposits unless 30 days’ notice is given prior to the booked hire date.

11: What if it rains?

Don't panic. A majority of our outdoor bouncy castles and inflatables have sun & shower protection covers built in. Although these covers are in place the castle will move around and so will the roof as it is bounced on. Because of this it does not guarantee 100% rain protection and a small amount may leak in whilst in use.
These covers are only designed to protect from a brief rain shower and the sun's UV rays NOT a torrential down poor as the front and rear of the castles usually have a 12ft hole.
We advise that castles are switched off in adverse & wet conditions due to safety reasons which are explained in our health & safety page. You can find this at the "Health & Safety" tab located at the top of this page.
We will also provide a tarpaulin cover in which we ask you to use to cover up the inflatable in these unfortunate conditions.

12: Can the bouncy castle be set up on a slope?

It is advised to set-up any type of inflatable on as level ground as possible. Depending on how much of a slope depends on the outcome of the question, a slight slope MAY be possible but to answer question fully we would need to assess the site in which it would be placed prior to booking.

13: How long does it take to set up/inflate/deflate/pack up the inflatable?

Depending on the size of the inflatable would depend upon how long this would take.
Average size bouncy castles takes around 15 minutes to set-up and inflate and around 15 - 20 minutes to deflate and pack away.


14: How much space is needed?

Each of our bouncy castles, inflatables and other available items for hire all have their own individual space requirements. Have a look at our fantastic range available on our website, find one that you like and you will find all the information you could ever need.

Space of around 2ft - 3ft is required around all items and usually around 5ft for the inflation tube, This is usually located at the rear on a bouncy castle although it may vary on other inflatables.

15: Why are your prices listed as FROM before the £ sign on your website?

All prices shown are a base price and for general hire, the price is usually the price shown. The reason it states this is because of some larger events may be additional items required such as generators where an electricity point is not available, for late night collection requests or even when item is required for hire for more than 1 day.

16: What is included in the standard price?

The standard price covers the hire and all of the required items that will ensure safe operation of the chosen item including , a fan, anchorage, the setting up of the item(s), packing away of the items and collection. Free delivery is also included if you live within a 10 mile radius of our base although a small delivery surcharge would be required beyond this boundary.

17: Do you have insurance cover?

Yes we certainly do. We hold a £5million public liability policy and also a £5million product liability policy. Copies of the certifications can be provided upon request.
Some smaller companies do not provide this and we would advise to stay clear of companies that do not hold an insurance policy for either public liability or product liability.

18: What length of time do I get the rental for?

This would all depend on how long you would like to hire your chosen inflatable for. If the item you want to hire does not need supervision by a member of our staff then you may request your date, delivery time and collection time subject to availability. Remember the more notice you give us on you booking the higher chance you have of getting the delivery and collection times you would like.
For larger items that need our staffs supervision the length of time would again depend on how long you would require the item, these items state in the title "includes staff" and also states how the amount of time that is included in the base price, although additional hours can be gained but please get in touch via the "Contact Us" tab at the top of this page for a quote.

19: Can I expect you to arrive on time?

We will always try our best to reach you on time if you have booked a specific time slot. Our standard deliveries can arrive any time from 8am up until the start of your party. More info can be found on this subject in our "Deliveries & Collections" tab located at the top of this page.

20: Will you send me a confirmation of booking?

Our all new singing and dancing booking system will send you a confirmation as soon as you have booked. This will happen whether you book on-line or by telephone as when booking over the phone we will put your details into the system the same way you would on-line

21: Are we VAT registered?

Not at present, although we will be looking in this in the near future.

22: How much notice do I need to give you for a booking?

You can give as little or as much notice as you wish including calling us on the day, please bear in mind that the closer to the required date you leave it more chance you have of us being fully booked. We do get extremely busy on weekends and in holiday periods.
The more notice you give us, the less chance you have of being disappointed.

23: What if it rains?

Most bouncy castles for hire that we have available have built in sun / shower protection covers, although these are in place bouncy castles should not be used in heavy rain at any point due to health to safety reasons / risks.


24: Can you set up on concrete/driveways/gravel/decking?

This is an option if you require it, please contacts us prior to booking so we can take note of this. Our contact details can be found via the "Contact Us" tab located at the top of this page.
A different type of anchoring system would be required for this ensure maximum safety. A raw bold drill tool would need to be used where possible to ensure safe anchorage of the selected bouncy castle or other inflatable products.


25: Obstructions

Please ensure the walk way to the area you would like the inflatable to be sited is clear of any animal foul, patio furniture, garden toys etc. This also applies to the area that you would like the bouncy castle or other inflatables to be situated.
Please note that if these obstacles are in place then we may have to postpone your delivery until all our other deliveries are complete. We have a tight schedule to keep especially during busy periods and any of these obstacles could cause us to run behind and also cause disappointment to other customer expecting us to deliver on time.

26: Can you deliver with no side entrance and take the inflatable though the house?

Most bouncy castles can fit through a standard door way but a lot of the other inflatables available are very heavy and bulky which means good access would be required. If you have restricted access please contact us prior to booking to avoid any disappointments upon delivery.
Please bear in mind how heavy and bulky bouncy castles are, they have to be transported around using a sack barrow. If we brought a bouncy castle through your property as access we would need to do these same on collection, If it rained during your hire period would you really wants us trailing a sack barrow with potentially dirty wheels carrying a large dripping wet inflatable through your property leaving a trail of water behind, and on top of this accidents do occur and we would not accept any responsibility for any of the above or damages as this would be on your request.


27: Do you supply safety instructions for you hire equipment?

Yes we will provide you with detailed safety instructions before we leave your property.

28: Is there an age limit for children using the inflatables?

Each individual product for hire has its own age specifications; this can be found within the products detailed descriptions under "product specifications."


29: What happens with regards to trailing cables?

We do try our best to keep trailing cables out of the way as much as possible; these cables have blue 240V commando plugs which are water resistant. Due to the nature of the work we do it is impracticable to cover the wire with anything as in some cases this could cause overheating. Because of this we do not tape down or cover any cables. Please let us now as soon as possible if you have any concerns about this matter and a minimum of 7 days’ notice prior to your event to ensure these are clearly written and displayed within the customer notes.

30: What about liquids such as foam, bubbles and other solutions?

All liquids that we use are all of the most friendly kind on the market today. COSH information sheets are available for all products which can be downloaded from our Health & Safety section.

31: Who is liable for the safeguard of the equipment?

Any items delivered to you are left in your care once we have left your venue until we return to collect the hired products. Please ensure that any of our equipment is kept in a secure and safe location as any damages to or theft of any items, you the customer / hirer are responsible for whilst in your care. Please remember that during busy periods we may not be able to collect until up to midnight.

32: Dress Code

For general hire out staff will usually wear cargo pants with a polo shirt and or sweater with our company logo and details present.
For events where an alternative dress is required please let us know as soon as possible as so that we can change our dress to suit your requirements.
