Welcome to our generator hire section of the website. This section is brand new for this season as we strive to become the area’s leading supplier of inflatable entertainment.
Our small yet potent range of generators for hire are the best brand available in the industry. We are proud that we only supply genuine honda generators at all of our events for maximum uptime and maximum reliability, However we always advise to over spec where possible and if the entertainment is paramount, always hire a backup!
We are also able to supply extra fuel to the event if required, providing a dedicated generator team are on site. If you are not familiar with generators or power requirements, please feel free to contact us for advice. We would be happy to help. Please Note: When ordering generators from Yorkshire Dales, Please make sure you are fully aware of the power requirements of each item and bear this in mind when selecting a location for your equipment.
For example, if you select 3 inflatables and require 3 generator outlets, these 3 items must be grouped together within a distance of 100ft. They cannot be placed at separate ends of the venue. If you require inflatables to be erected in separate areas of the venue exceeding 100ft from one another, you must select 3 smaller generators as opposed to one larger one. If you are unsure of the requirements, please feel free to contact us for advice.
Please be aware: The client is responsible for ensuring that suitable security and crowd control measures are in place prior to the start of the event. This includes the safe provision of Generator fencing and hoarding etc. we provide the entertainment only unless our services as supervisors/ event managers are provided. Full guidance and safe operation sheets can be provided in advance should you require. If no guidance is requested it will be presumed that you are aware of the HSE requirements and as such we will not accept any liability for loss or damage. It is also worth noting that all generators left without a member of our staff will require refuelling by yourselves, please make you have adequate provision for this on site.

Being a family run business and having children of our own we know that Safety is the biggest factor when choosing children's entertainment of any kind so as well as being a fun and friendly company we strive in putting everybody's safety first at all times.
Let’s face it. Everyone knows a friend of a friend who has an old bouncy castle in the garage that may let you borrow it for as little as £40. Bit did you know that all bouncy castles require a series of Annual tests, Public liability insurance, detailed risk assessments, Method statements and must comply with all HSE legislation? Not as simple as it first seems!
Please be rest assured that all our inflatables are safety tested annually to PIPA or RPII standards using the Better-Bounce Brand to ensure they comply with EN14960:2013, the standard set by HSE to ensure inflatables are safe for use & additional checks are completed upon every hire.
All electrical items are PAT tested annually in line with the PUWER 1998 regulations and we also carry a massive £5m public liability and product liability insurance policy which means everything is in the safest of condition for your event. We also keep all of our products in tip top condition by cleaning them between hires and regularly checking them for any safety issues. Here’s summary of the level of service safety we provide:

Sadly, all of this extra work does come at a price and as such we now operate a minimum booking fee of £69. Items falling under the £69 price tag would have to have Extra items added at the checkout stage for your booking to be allowed to proceed. Please see our Terms & conditions for details.

To Book online, simply look for the big green button on this product page or click the big red button to check availability. The button will allow you to place a booking directly into our diary system without the hassle. Once we have received your booking, will send a confirmation email containing all the details you require for your event.

Some delivery postcodes also attract a different minimum booking fee all year round (shown at the time of booking)
