Payments
Here at Yorkshire Dales Inflatables, we try to be as flexible as we can in regards to payments. However with the economic climate as it is, please note that we do not offer credit under any circumstances.
Bacs/ Chaps/ Balance Transfer: Bacs, Chaps & balance transfers are accepted providing payment is received no less than 48hrs in advance of the event. Please contact us or request an invoice for full payment details.
Cards: We do not accept credit cards over the phone via a terminal.
Invoice & Purchase orders: We are aware that some local authorities are bound by strict invoicing/ purchase order systems so please contact us to discuss your requirements. We will be able to help.
Cash: Cash payment on delivery is acceptable if necessary but bacs is our preferred method & cash is discouraged where possible.
Please note: We do not offer credit under any circumstances unless previously arranged. All invoice work is to be paid prior to our arrival or cash will be expected on delivery should payment not have been made prior to our arrival. Please ensure remittance is sent in line with the directions on the invoice.
Late Payments: Should payment not have been received by the time we make delivery of your entertainment we reserve the right to either cancel your event in full which classes as a refusal of delivery or complete your event but charge an additional 15% to cover our inconvenience & administration costs associated with late payments. We do not have an accounts department and as such, payment chasing is very difficult and time consuming. As such, All late payments will be charged at 15% extra, starting the day after the event date and will rise weekly until settled.
Cybercrime Alert & Bank Details: Cybercrime is on the increase and is affecting hundreds of thousands of people on a regular basis. Our bank account details have been the same since 2011 will not change during the course of a transaction. If you receive any notification of a change of bank account details purporting to come from us, please disregard this and contact us directly for further advice using contact details you already have for us NOT details in the communication or sent. Cyber Crime professionals will always be one step ahead so please think logically and follow the advice given by the police and fraud UK before entering into business with our company. Our company will not be liable if you transfer money meant for us to an incorrect account.
Please note: All booking fees are non refundable in line with our cancellation policy.
Minimum Booking fee: Please be aware that all bookings are subject to a minimum booking fee of £100. Please be aware that your booking may be rejected if it does not meet our minimum booking requirement, this excludes delivery, disco light & speaker, late night / over night hire and extras.
