The Santas Grotto hire has part of our event services for the past 10 years and is always a massive hit. Due to customer feedback, the older style cartoon grotto has been replaced with this ultra realistic Grotto, complete with wood panelling & fake snow to complete the festive feeling.

The Santas log cabin is dripping with digital artwork featuring Santa himself, A cheeky snowman and decorated with festive holly, bells and snowflakes. The grotto hire also features roll up windows for privacy making it the ideal structure for any Santas visits, giveaways or meet and greet events.

Say goodbye to those hard chassis framework versions which could be cumbersome and difficult to install at a venue and say hello to this season's fully inflatable bouncy castle version of the grotto. What do you provide with your Santas Grotto for Hire?

We pride ourselves in setting the benchmark in mobile entertainment & party hire ideas. We always strive to provide clean, safe, hygienic & up to date equipment. The entertainment is all hand delivered at a time to suit yourselves by one of our fully trained operators. The entertainment is usually fully erected at your specified venue, desired location and at a time to suit you. The collection is also completed entirely by our operators, although help is always appreciated with larger items. It couldn't be easier!

The aim of the game/ Suitability?

The aim of the game on this one is simple. To give kids a truly fantastic Christmas Santas grotto experience. The grotto is large enough to house a Santas chair, Christmas tree and a large number of props if required allowing you to tailor the grotto hire to your exact needs. The most popular way to run a grotto is to have a queue outside and a helper (Elf) regulating the flow of guests and taking the time to interact with guest and prepare them for the Santa experience. Santa then spends time with the children for anything from 1 to 3 minutes meaning the turnover of children and revenue can be quite hight.

The item does not come with a Santa clause as standard, However, a fully dressed and themed Santa one can be provided with the grotto at a cost of £50 per hour if required.

Another popular use for the grotto has been to house a bar or buffet table for serving guest at the Christmas party. This option is where we provide you with the appropriate layout of tables inside the grotto to suit the number of guests you wish to serve; the serving table will be draped in protective pvc & any number of tables and chairs can also be provided at an additional charge if required and can come completely decorated if required.

Our website now has a fully integrated diary system which allows you to take a look inside our diary and see if the entertainment you fancy is available. If your selected item/items are available you can book online 24/7. We are extremely health and safety conscious and believe firmly in raising the industry standard bar. All items are left fully erected in a position of your choice (unless specified) so booking our services couldn't be easier!

What the price includes:

The hire price full set-up and collection of the entertainments you have chosen. Upon delivery of your entertainments, a member of the delivery team will speak with you in regard to any paperwork that needs to be signed, verify payment and check that your chosen space allocation is suitable. The entertainments will then be set-up, and you will be shown around and given an explanation on any safety requirements such as user height occupancy and answer any questions you may have.

Delivery & Collection:

To ensure your delivery goes as smoothly as possible, please ensure the access and area is free of litter, rubbish and animal foul. Delivery may be early morning, although if you require exact times because your party is at a venue, please call 07980 337381 asap so that we can arrange this for you.

Health & Safety:

Health & Safety is a priority here at Yorkshire Dales Inflatables which we take seriously. All of our inflatables are tested to the strictest Health & Safety standards with valid safety certificates and additional safety checks are carried out upon every hire.
We hold a massive £5m Public Liability Insurance Policy and all of our electrical equipment is regularly PAT tested.

Hiring any of our units on a hard outdoors surface will require us to drill a few small holes into the tarmac or concrete and bolt it down to the ground for safety. Safety is always our main priority and so all of our staff will give full instructions on delivery of the equipment that you have hired.

Method Statements & Risk Assessments will be carried out if required. If you do require a risk assessment, please let us know upon booking so that we can schedule the time to do this for you.

Staffing Requirements:

All of our entertainment products require a responsible adult aged 18+ supervising at all times. If you are not able to provide adequate supervision, we can help, please take a look at our Event Staff Category or just click here : >>>Event Staff<<<

Power Requirements:

A 240v mains electricity supply is required to be provided (standard household socket) within 75ft / 25m of the area you require the entertainments to be set up. Please note that we can’t use your standard household extension lead.
If a power supply is not available within this distance, we are able to supply a petrol motorized blower or a mobile generator for you, although additional costs would apply. For Large Events:

Here at Yorkshire Dales we love to set up our entertainment products for large events no matter how large they are. If you wish to book multiple entertainments, you can do this by selecting the main item you would like to hire, then move forward to the booking form where you will be able to add the additional entertainments. Optional Extras:

Late night and overnight hire is also available as an optional extra. Overnight hire is an additional £30 and applies to all hires requested to be collected the following morning, although this is subject to availability & being located in a safe and secure location such as an indoor venue or a garden surrounded by a 6ft fence with a padlocked gate.


Late night hire is also £30 and applies to all bookings requested to be collected between the hours of 19.00 - 22.30 or for a venue or location that isn’t secure enough for overnight hire.

All of our entertainment products are covered by our whopping £5m Public Liability Insurance Policy, if you require additional insurance for a public event then we can help with this too, just contact us!
